Additional third-party tools may be used on a per-project basis. Clients are informed of any tools that process their customers' data.

AI Call Answering Service

Our AI-powered call answering service uses voice AI technology to answer phone calls on behalf of client businesses. When this service is active:

• Incoming calls are answered by an AI assistant trained on the client's business information
• Calls may be recorded and transcribed for accuracy, quality assurance, and to deliver call summaries to the business owner
• Caller phone numbers and conversation content are processed by Vapi, Twilio, and OpenAI
• Call data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and deliver reports to the client
• Callers interact with the AI receptionist in the normal course of contacting the client's business. The AI identifies itself appropriately as directed by the client.

Business owners who use this service are responsible for any legally required disclosures to their own customers regarding call recording in their jurisdiction.

Advertising and Tracking

When Boulay Design manages advertising campaigns for a client, we may install and manage tracking tools on the client's website including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics (GA4). These tools collect data about website visitors including pages viewed, actions taken, device information, and IP address.

This tracking data is used solely for advertising optimization and performance reporting on behalf of the client. Boulay Design does not use client advertising data for its own marketing purposes.

The boulaydesign.com website itself does not use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or any third-party tracking pixels.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. All data transmitted through our websites is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to Boulay Design personnel who need it to serve you.
